Due to the overwhelming demand, seats at the event will be granted on a first come, first served basis. Please arrive early to ensure a seat in the main auditorium. There will also be limited overflow space provided.

Registration for the event is required.

Attendees are encouraged to travel to Sanford on foot from UCSD or Salk. Limited hosted event parking will be provided at the Sanford Consortium. Please arrive early to ensure a parking spot, as this event is extremely popular. If the hosted parking is full, attendees must self-pay for parking in the Sanford Consortium lot. KIBM is not liable for any parking costs or parking tickets. Alternatively, North Campus and West Campus Connector UCSD shuttles drop off within a block of Sanford Consortium.

The program will be recorded and streamed live the day of the event, and available to watch via the KIBM website in June 2019. The livestream can be viewed on YouTube. Additionally, questions for the Q&A session will be accepted digitally via slido.com (event code L739). KIBM encourages virtual participation!

Please have your digital digital ticket ready to check-in at the event (PDF is acceptable). Please do not print out your Eventbrite paper ticket. In an effort to be eco-conscious, KIBM will not be collecting paper tickets. Check-in begins at 12:30pm.
